Chief Administrative Officer
Jessica Kottwitz brings 30 years of health insurance industry background to Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative (CGHC). Following college, Jessica began her career in the industry as a Member Services Representative. Since day one, Jessica has advocated for members and enjoyed helping them navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. Jessica joined CGHC in 2019 as the Vice President of Operations. In 2023, she accepted the role of Chief Administrative Officer.
Throughout her career, Jessica has been focused on overseeing Operational and IT related activities. Much of Jessica’s career occurred during the 28 years she worked for WPS Health Insurance in Madison, Wisconsin. There her career progressed in operational functions. Jessica oversaw many aspects of supporting a diverse product portfolio which included: commercial health insurance, Medicare, Department of Defense, Medicaid, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) lines of business. As the Sr. Director of IT at WPS Health Insurance, Jessica led the successful three-year implementation of a core systems replacement initiative. As Chief Administrative Officer for CGHC, Jessica uses her extensive leadership experience and knowledge of operations and IT to oversee key strategic initiatives.
Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis on Finance, from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She enjoys spending her free time with family, hosting Sunday dinners, vacations, and volunteering.
