Aaron Jackson brings 18 years of Provider Network and Operations experience to CGHC. In his career he as worked for both major hospital and provider systems as well as regional and national insurance carriers.

Aaron has spent his career developing unique reimbursement methodologies with an eye on delivering value for members. Aaron has worked in the Commercial, Self-Funded, ACA, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid sectors, including with UnitedHealthcare responsible for areas of the western region of the United States. He also most recently ran his own consulting agency, where he assisted providers and facilities with enhancing their operational practice whether through contracting, billing and collections, supply chain management, or staffing solutions.

Aaron is an operations and finance focused executive who looks for innovative means of reducing healthcare costs. Aaron also firmly believes in developing a friendly and fun work environment with plenty of smiles, which he continues to nurture at CGHC.

Aaron received his Bachelors of Science in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater as well having received his Masters of Healthcare Administration from Capella University. He enjoys spending time with his wife of 14 years and his two children, especially when it comes to his kids sporting events and activities.
