Sr. Director, Human Resources
Lori Hellenbrand brings extensive experience in Human Resources to CGHC. With 20 years of experience in HR, the most recent 10 years in health care, Lori has a passion for advancing people strategies in the pursuit of organizational success – especially in member-centered organizations. As the most recent addition to the Leadership Team, Lori oversees all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, employee policy administration, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee communication, DEI and facility management.
After earning an associate degree from Madison College in Madison, Wisconsin, Lori has advanced her career by being boots-on-the ground, continuing to learn, study industry trends, and acquire multiple certifications including SHRM-Senior Certified Professional, Project Management, Change Management, among others. Within the healthcare space, Lori has helped organizations through mergers, large structural changes, redesign of employment models, cultural advancements, office moves and other organizational-wide initiatives.
Lori and her family operate a 300-cow dairy farm in southern Wisconsin. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially snowmobiling or UTVing. Lori is married to her husband of 21 years and together they have four children.
