Rachael Bush

Rachael Bush has been a resident of the Greater Milwaukee area for over fifteen years. Over the past five years as the founder and CEO of Mova Business Solutions, she has provided contracted virtual assistance for small businesses. Providing one-on-one support to her clientele with expertise in time management, project management, and the ability to see how to implement processes from start to finish has made her an asset to the Athena Communications team; as of July 2019, she is the Accountability Chief Manager.

Before her role at Athena Communications, Rachael had over six years of management experience in retail food services and more than one decade of experience and administrative/business support. Her passion for making sure businesses were running effectively and within budget. In addition, she gives back to our Greater Milwaukee Community. She feeds her passion for helping others by becoming a board member of the Aging and Disability Resource Center Governing Board (ARDC) and Eras Senior Network. She is also a member of the Greendale Park and Rec Committee as of April 2019. In April 2021, she became a board member of the American Marketing Association’s Milwaukee Chapter as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Rachael is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Law Studies and History. Rachael and her sons, Philip and Owen, have resided in Greendale for over six years.
