As a small business owner Jim has struggled for many years to provide quality and affordable health insurance for himself, his family, and employees. That is what motivated Jim to get involved in the formation of the Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative in 2010. Jim believes in CGHC’s mission and its potential to change health insurance for the better, and has volunteered many hours in board service, committee work and advocacy for the cooperative over the past 4 years. Jim has served on the CGHC formation board since the beginning, with a focus on the needs of the members, and is committed to ensuring that focus remains a priority of the Board.
