Dean Schadrie is a lifelong resident of Northeast Wisconsin, residing in Manitowoc County. He presides as President and CEO of two historical Manitowoc businesses – Beerntsen’s Confectionary and M.H. Dempsey. As a business owner, he is responsible for setting the course and mission as a team leader for those endeavors to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and the continuing success for the future.

During his journey as a father, employer and CEO, he has experienced the difficulties of finding health care insurance coverage that shares the same commitment to its members as he does with his own customers. Members are the backbone of all cooperatives, the health of the members is imperative to shared success.
